Referral Program

CallRail's referral program allows you to earn account credit by inviting friends and colleagues to sign up for their own CallRail accounts. Once your referral has made four successful payments, reward credits are sent to both of your accounts.

Getting Started

The referral program is only available to administrators in CallRail. 

The referral program rewards are: 

  • $50 account credit for referring an account on the starter plan
  • $150 account credit for referring an account on the pro plan or higher

Share Your CallRail Referral Link

Every CallRail account has a unique referral link that can be copied inside of the app and shared with anyone.

  1. Select your account drop-down at the top of the page, then click Manage Account.


  2. Choose Referrals from within Manage in the left menu.


  3. Click Copy to copy your unique referral link. Your colleagues will need this exact URL in order to sign up for CallRail and earn credit for both of your accounts.


View the Status of Your CallRail Referrals

CallRail referrals are required to make four successful payments before any accounts are credited. You can check the status of your referral credits at any time by visiting the referral program page.

  1. Select your account drop-down at the top of the page, then click Manage Account.


  2. Choose Referrals from within Manage in the left menu.

  3. The chart below your referral link provides a detailed breakdown of all of your referrals and their current status. Here, you can find the following information about each of your referrals.

  • The Agency column shows the name of the account that used your referral code.
  • Plan column lists the CallRail plan that your referral signed up for.
  • The Sign up Date column shows when your referral first created their CallRail account.
  • Invoices Remaining column lists how many invoices your referral has left until you receive reward credit.
  • The Reward Amount column shows the credit amount that you will receive once the referral process is complete. 
  • Reward Status column shows whether the reward has been paid, closed, or is pending.
