Call summaries
We are providing free access to call summaries to a select group of Conversation Intelligence customers from March 15 to April 21, 2023.
With these call summaries, you will now see a brief, 3-5 sentence summary of your transcribed calls, making it easy to quickly skim transcripts and reduce the time it takes to review and QA your phone calls – saving you both time and money!
Call summaries can be viewed in the Call Log, in the Visitor Timeline, and in One at a Time View, for calls longer than 30 seconds.
