Company Summary Emails

Company Summary emails provide a breakdown of call activity for companies within your account. You can choose the data presented in your email, including total calls to a company, total minutes used by a company, as well as statistics on new callers, keywords, and sources driving calls to your business. You can choose to receive these emails on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Getting Started

Administrators are able to create and edit Company Summary emails for other account users; however, anyone can edit their own summary email settings if they’re not an administrator on the account.

Company Summary emails are sent out at the following days and times:

  1. Daily summary emails are sent every day around 8:00 AM of the selected company's time zone.
  2. Weekly summary emails are sent every Monday around 1:00 PM of the selected company's time zone.
  3. Monthly summary emails are sent on the first of each month around 1:00 PM of the selected company's time zone

Set up Your Company Summary Emails

Use these instructions if you’d like to update the Company Summary email settings for your personal login.

  1. Choose the company where you'd like to add a Company Summary email.

  2. Click Settings at the top of the page.

  3. Select Summary Emails from the Notifications section in the left menu.

  4. Click Create Summary.

  5. Configure your Company Summary email according to your personal preferences.

  6. Click Create or Update to save your changes.

Update Company Summary Emails for Another User

If you're an administrator, use these instructions to create or edit company summary emails for your Manager, Reporting, and Notification users.

  1. Choose the company where you'd like to update a Company Summary email.

  2. Click Settings at the top of the page.

  3. Select Summary Emails from the Notifications section in the left menu.

  4. Under Company Summary Emails, select Create Summary to create a new notification or select the Pencil icon next to any user's name to change an existing notification.

  5. Configure their Company Summary email according to your personal preferences.

  6. Click Create or Update to save your changes.

Company Summaries for Users in a Single Company

If you're an admin, you can create or edit Company Summary emails for users assigned to a specific company. Use these instructions to create Company Summary emails for specific users that belong to a single company.

  1. Choose the company where you'd like to add a Company Summary email.

  2. Click Settings at the top of the page.

  3. Select Summary Emails from the Notifications section in the left menu.

  4. Under Summary Emails, click Create Summary or select the Pencil icon to change an existing notification. If you're creating a new Company Summary, use the modal to configure the summary email according to your personal preferences. Use the Pencil icon to edit an existing summary email.

  5. Click Save or Update to save your changes.
