Company Summary Emails

Company Summary emails provide a breakdown of lead activity for companies within your account. You can choose the data presented in your email, including total calls to a company, total minutes used by a company, as well as statistics on new callers, keywords, and sources driving calls to your business. These emails can be sent on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

User Permissions

You can create or update Summary emails for your personal login at any time. If you need to manage another user's Summary emails, you'll need to be an administrator or a manager. Here are the user permissions for Summary emails:

  1. Administrators can create or edit Summary emails for themselves and any other user on their account.
  2. Managers can create or edit Summary emails for themselves and any users in companies they're assigned to.
  3. Reporting users can only create or edit their own Summary emails.
  4. Notification users can receive Summary emails that another user sets up for them. They will not be able to click links within the email to download CSV reports or see reports in the app.

Summary Email Frequencies

Company Summary emails are sent out at the following days and times:

  1. Daily summary emails are sent every day around 8:00 AM of the selected company's time zone.
  2. Weekly summary emails are sent every Monday around 1:00 PM of the selected company's time zone.
  3. Monthly summary emails are sent on the first of each month around 1:00 PM of the selected company's time zone

Creating a Summary Email

Use these instructions if you’d like to create a Summary email for yourself or another user on your account. 

  1. Click the Account icon in the top left to open the My Account panel, then click Notifications.

  2. Select Summary Emails from the Notifications section in the left menu.

  3. Click Create Summary.

  4. Choose the companies we should include in your Summary email, and choose the user on your account who should receive this email. Only administrators and managers on your account will be able to choose a different user than themselves on this step. Reporting users can only create notifications for their own login. Click Customize when you're ready to move to the next step.

  5. Add filters to your Summary emails to get details about specific interactions with your customers instead of all interactions. You can filter by Qualified Status or Tag. This step is optional. Click Delivery when you're ready to move onto the final step.

  6. Check the boxes for the data you'd like to receive in your Summary email, and choose how often you'd like to receive these emails. Click Save when finished.

Editing a Summary Email

You can edit an existing Summary email you're receiving at any time. Only administrators and Managers can edit Summary emails for other users. Reporting users can edit their own Summary emails.

  1. Click the Account icon in the top left to open the My Account panel, then click Notifications.

  2. Select Summary Emails from the Notifications section in the left menu.

  3. Find the email you'd like to update, and click the corresponding Edit (pencil) icon.

  4. Make your changes and click Update when finished.
