Company Summary Emails

Company Summary emails provide a breakdown of call activity for companies within your account. You can choose the data presented in your email, including total calls to a company, total minutes used by a company, as well as statistics on new callers, keywords, and sources driving calls to your business. You can choose to receive these emails on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Use this article to learn how to:

  • Create and edit Company Summary emails for your login
  • Update Company Summary emails for another user
  • Add Company Summary emails for users assigned to a specific company

Getting Started

Administrators are able to create and edit Company Summary emails for other account users; however, anyone can edit their own summary email settings if they’re not an administrator on the account.

Company Summary Emails are sent out at the following days and times:

  • Daily Summary emails are sent every day at 8:00 AM EST.
  • Weekly Summary emails are sent every Monday at 2:00 PM EST.
  • Monthly Summary emails are sent on the first of each month at 2:00 PM EST.

Set up Your Company Summary Emails

Use these instructions if you’d like to update the Company Summary email settings for your personal login.

  1. Click your login initials at the top of the page, then click My Notifications.

  2. Under Company Summary Emails, select + Add Company Summary Notification.



  3. Select the Company in your account whose data you'd like to receive in your Company Summary email.



  4. Select the Frequency for your Company Summary email.



  5. Choose the contents that you'd like to receive in your Company Summary email.



  6. Click Create or Update to save your changes.



Update Company Summary Emails for Another User

If you're an administrator, use these instructions to create or edit company summary emails for your Manager, Reporting, and Notification users.

  1. Click Account at the top of the page, then click Users.

  2. Click the Gear icon for the user whose Company Summary email you'd like to edit, then click Notifications.



  3. Under Company Summary Emails, select + Add Company Summary Notification to create a new notification. Or, select the Edit icon to change an existing notification.



  4. Select the Company in your account whose data they should receive in their Company Summary email.



  5. Select the Frequency for the Company Summary email.



  6. Choose the contents that you'd like them to receive in their Company Summary email.



  7. Click Create or Update to save your changes.

Company Summaries for Users in a Single Company

If you're an admin, you can create or edit Company Summary emails for users assigned to a specific company. Use these instructions to create Company Summary emails for specific users that belong to a single company.

  1. Choose the company where you'd like to add a Company Summary email.

  2. Click Settings at the top of the page.

  3. Select the Notifications tab, then click Summaries.

  4. Under Company Summary Emails, click + Add Company Summary Notification. Or, select the Edit icon to change an existing notification.



  5. Select the User in this company who should receive this Company Summary email.



  6. Select the Frequency for their Company Summary email.



  7. Choose the contents that you'd like them to receive in their Company Summary email.



  8. Click Create to save your changes.
