Managing Your Login Information

You can update your personal information for your login at any time. This includes your first and last name, as well as your email address and password.

Getting Started

When changing or resetting your password, the password you choose should be at least 8 characters long. Be sure to pick and memorable and secure password for privacy and security purposes.


Change Your Login Information

You can update the login email address you use to log into your CallRail account. Any changes you make to your login information will go into effect immediately once you've saved your user settings.

  1. Click the Account icon in the top left to open the My Account panel, then select My Profile.

  2. Under Basics, change your first and/or last name, or update your preferred login email address.

  3. Select Save User at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Change Your Password

You can update the password you use to log into CallRail at any time. The password you use to log into CallRail should be at least 8 characters long.

  1. Click the Account icon in the top left to open the My Account panel, then select My Profile.

  2. In the "Password Settings" section, click the Edit (pencil icon) and enter a new password. You'll need to enter your current password to change your password. Your password should be at least 8 characters long.

  3. Select Save User at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it to gain access to your CallRail account. The password you use to log into CallRail with should be at least 8 characters long.

  1. Navigate to https://app.callrail.com/users/password/new and enter your login email address. Then, click Reset Password so we can send you an email to address you entered. This email will contain the link you'll need to reset your password.

  2. Click the link and use the form to set a new password.

  3. After setting your password, log in at http://app.callrail.com.

If you’re still unable to reset your password, please contact our support team.

Unlocking Your Account

As a safety measure, your CallRail account is temporarily locked after five failed password attempts. We will notify you via email in the event that your account is locked.

There are two ways that you can unlock your account:

  1. Wait one hour after the account has been locked and enter your password again on the login screen.

  2. Click Unlock My Account in the email we send you.

There are no service disruptions while your account is locked. Calls to your tracking numbers will continue to route normally and will be available on your activity call log.
