Call summaries
The Call summaries feature gives you quick insights into conversations between your team and customers by providing a summary for each transcribed call. Using call summaries, you can review call transcripts at a glance by reviewing the summary of the call. This summary consists of three to five sentences that summarize the contents of the call.

Call sentiments
The call sentiments feature streamlines call analysis and reduces time spent manually listening to or reviewing call transcriptions. You can use this feature to view the overall sentiment after the call has ended to get a deeper understanding of the quality of customer and agent interactions.

Multi-Conversion insights
Multi-conversation insights (MCI) are an aggregate of your call summaries, sentiments, common questions, and Convert Assist details. These insights are shown in your CallRail account home page, and can be sent as a regular email. Using MCI can help save you time otherwise spent reviewing individual calls, as well as provide a holistic view of your call data.

Self-Reported Attribution
By using CallRail's Premium Conversation Intellignce, you can automatically review your call for any time a lead identifies what sent them to your business. We call this self-reported attribution. This feature will also become available in your account as a report, providing deeper insight into what brings people to you.
