Bulk Configure CallScribe and Keyword Spotting

This feature allows you to configure CallScribe and Keyword Spotting for multiple companies in your account at one time and set up an automatic configuration for new companies in your account. 

Call recording must be enabled on tracking numbers where you'd like to transcribe calls. The accuracy of your transcriptions is dependent upon call quality.

CallScribe is an optional add-on available for $0.025/minute on the Starter plan, and for $0.02/minute on the Pro plan and higher.

CallScribe can only transcribe conversations on US and Canadian tracking numbers.

Activate CallScribe & Keyword Spotting for Multiple Companies 

Bulk configure CallScore to quickly change settings in multiple companies and apply a configuration for all future companies in your account. 

  1. Select Manage Account at the top right of your account. 

  2. Click CallScribe & Keyword Spotting under Intelligence on the menu to the left. 

  3. Select the companies where you'd like to activate CallScribe & Keyword Spotting by clicking the checkbox to the left of their name.

  4. Choose All Future Companies if you'd like the configuration to automatically apply to any new companies in your account. 

  5. Select Configure

  6. Choose to transcribe all calls or specific calls. 

  7. If you choose to score specific calls, choose the criteria for calls that will be scored by clicking on the drop-down menu underneath the column for that criteria.

  8. Select Keyword Spotting criteria to search calls for specific words or phrases and create automated workflows.

  9. Select Add when you've created your desired keyword set and automated workflow.

  10. When you've created your configuration, select Activate in the summary report. This configuration will overwrite any existing configurations for each company you've selected.

Disable CallScribe & Keyword Spotting for Multiple Companies

You can also bulk disable CallScribe for multiple companies in your account. 

  1. Select Manage Account at the top right of your account. 

  2. Click CallScribe & Keyword Spotting under Intelligence on the menu to the left. 

  3. Select the companies where you'd like to activate CallScribe & Keyword Spotting by clicking the checkbox to the left of their name.

  4. Select Configure

  5. Click Disable to remove these features from your selected companies.
