Managing Your Pricing Plans

CallRail offers three different products, each of which can be bundled together to unlock a suite of features. These products include Call Tracking, Form Tracking, and Conversation Intelligence. Any administrator on your account can upgrade, downgrade, and subscribe to add-ons for your CallRail pricing plan.

Viewing Your Current Plan

If you're an administrator on your CallRail account, use these instructions to see which plan your account is currently using. 

  1. Click the Account icon in the top left to open the My Account panel, then click Account Settings.

  2. Choose Billing from within the Manage list in the left menu.

  3. View the plan(s) and add-ons you're currently subscribed to for this account.

Changing Your Calls & Texts Plan 

Use these instructions to update your pricing plan and add-ons for your Calls & Texts plan. 

  1. Click the Account icon in the top left to open the My Account panel, then click Account Settings.

  2. Choose Billing from within the Manage list in the left menu.

  3. Click Change Plan from within the Calls & Texts Plan section.

  4. Select the plan and add-ons you'd like to use. If you're upgrading your plan, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the new plan you pick on your next invoice.

  5. Click Review Changes at the bottom of the page when you're ready to change your plan.

  6. Review your changes on the final screen. The new options you've picked will be immediately available to you once you save your changes. If you're upgrading your plan, click Upgrade to save your changes. If you're downgrading your plan, click Update.

Updating Your Form Tracking Plan

Form Tracking is part of the product bundles for the Marketing Analytics and the Analytics Suite pricing plans. You can add or remove Form Tracking from your current pricing plan at any time by visiting the Billing page.

Use these instructions to add or remove Form Tracking from your plan. Any update you make here will reflect in your account immediately. If you'd no longer like to track forms, you can remove Form Tracking from your pricing bundle. This will downgrade your plan to the next pricing tier. 

For example, if you're currently subscribed to the Analytics Suite, which includes Call Tracking, Conversation Intelligence, and Form Tracking, you'd be subscribed to the Conversation Analytics plan once you removed Form Tracking. Alternately, if you're on the Marketing Analytics plan (which includes Call Tracking and Form Tracking), then you'd be only be subscribed to a Call Tracking plan. 

  1. Click the Account icon in the top left to open the My Account panel, then click Account Settings.

  2. Choose Billing from within the Manage list in the left menu.

  3. To add Form Tracking to your account, click Add Form Tracking. If you'd like to remove Form Tracking from your plan, click Remove.

  4. You'll see a pop-up that asks you to confirm your changes. Once you confirm, your changes will immediately go into effect.

Updating Your Conversation Intelligence Plan

Conversation Intelligence is part of the product bundles for the Conversation Analytics and the Analytics Suite pricing plans. You can add or remove Conversation Intelligence from your current pricing plan at any time by visiting the Billing page.

Use these instructions to add or remove Conversation Intelligence from your plan. Any update you make here will reflect in your account immediately. If you'd no longer like to use Conversation Intelligence, you can remove it from your pricing bundle. This will downgrade your plan to the next pricing tier. 

For example, if you're currently subscribed to the Analytics Suite, which includes Call Tracking, Conversation Intelligence, and Form Tracking, removing Conversation Intelligence would put you on the Marketing Analytics plan. Alternately, if you're on the Conversation Analytics plan (which includes Call Tracking and Conversation Intelligence), then you'd be only be subscribed to a Call Tracking plan.

Each add-on we offer is available for your Call & Texts plan. Available add-ons include Agency Tools, Lead Center, and Advanced Call Flows. Use these instructions to add or remove an add-on from your Calls & Texts plan.

  2. Choose Billing from within the Manage list in the left menu.

  3. Click Change Plan from within the Calls & Texts Plan section.

  4. Select the add-ons you'd like to use or remove. If you're upgrading your plan, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the new plan you pick on your next invoice.

FAQs

How soon will I be able to use my new features when I upgrade?
Features and add-ons you've selected when changing your pricing plan will be available immediately.

What happens if I remove Form Tracking or Conversation Intelligence?
If you remove one of these products from your pricing plan, we'll disable tracking for those channels. If you decide you'd like to sign up for Form Tracking or Conversation Intelligence at a later date, we'll restore your prior data and reports and resume tracking those channels for all new interactions going forward.
