Unique Callers Custom Report

Receive insight about your callers by seeing a detailed list of all calls to your tracking numbers. Use this report to learn how many people call you and how many times they’ve called.

Getting Started

The Unique Callers custom report gives you useful details about all the calls your tracking numbers receive. Discover how many people call you and the number of times they've called your tracking numbers.

Create a Unique Callers Custom Report

Use these instructions to create a custom report that showcases a list of all calls to your tracking numbers.

  1. Select Reports at the top of the page.

  2. Click on Create Report from the Custom list of reports in the left menu.

  3. Find the Unique Callers option and click Create Report.

  4. Name your report by clicking the pencil icon at the top of the page or select Rename Report within the Report Options drop-down. You can update the name of your report at any time.

  5. Choose an interval for how your data will be presented. The interval options available here vary based on your date range. Your filter options are dependent upon what you choose in this drop-down.

  6. The report initially loads with a list of contacts who called your tracking numbers. The columns display information related to each call. Use the Customize Insights drop-down to choose which columns you'd like to see on this table. Among other possibilities, this report can feature a caller's details, the call information, and multi-touch attribution selections.

  7. If you'd like to search for specific names, numbers, or locations within the "Contact" column of the report, use the Search Contacts field at the top of the table to find your desired information.

  8. Use the filter panel at the top of the report to determine which companies and types of calls you'd like to see within a particular timeframe.

  9. Use the company drop-down to choose which companies should be on this report. You can select as many or as few as you'd like.

  10. Use the date range drop-down to select the timeframe for the calls you'd like to see on this report.

  11. If you choose to drill-down further, select Add Filter and pick the additional filters you'd like for your report. This drop-down only shows if you're adding filters. If you choose the Tags filter, you can also see calls that don't have tags applied to them by selecting the "Uncategorized" option in the filter's drop-down.

  12. Click the Save button at the top of the page if you'd like to save this report for later.

Export and Print Report

You can print, save your report to a PDF file, or export your report to an Excel file.

  1. Select Export at the top of the table.

  2. Choose Excel to download an Excel file of your report. If you choose to export to Excel, your report will include a cover sheet that details the filters you used to create your report.

  3. Select PDF Instructions and follow your browser-specific directions to save the report as a PDF file. You can also view this help article for more details.

  4. Click Print to print your report with the current filters and grouping applied.

Duplicating a Custom Report

If you'd like to duplicate a custom report you've created, you can do so at any time.

  1. Select Reports at the top of the page.

  2. Find and click on the report you'd like to duplicate.

  3. Click Duplicate Report within the Report Options drop-down.

  4. Confirm that you'd like to duplicate this report by clicking Duplicate.

Deleting a Custom Report

If you'd like to delete a custom report you've created, you can remove it from your list at any time.

  1. Select Reports at the top of the page.

  2. Find and click on the report you'd like to delete.

  3. Click Delete Report within the Report Options drop-down.

  4. Confirm that you'd like to delete this report by clicking Delete.
