Your Team View in Lead Center provides real-time details about the Agents you've added to Lead Center. You'll see which of your Agents are available, offline, or currently talking to a customer. You'll also have access to more granular and filterable details about your Agents within the teams you've created. Each time an Agent's on an active call, you'll be able to click on their call to see their current and past interactions.
Using the Team View in Lead Center
Team view is a Lead Center premium feature. See how to upgrade.
- Click Team View at the top of Lead Center.
- In the lefthand panel, you'll see a list of your Agents and teams. If you don't see any teams in your list, you'll want to be sure you've set up your teams first.
- You can click on any Agent who's currently on a call (as indicated by the red "busy" status) to see additional information about their current and past interactions with customers.
- To see specific information about Agents on a team, click on your team's name in the top section in the left panel. From this view, you'll also be able to access Agent information for active calls as outlined in step 2 above.
FAQI'm not seeing Team View in my Lead Center account.
If you're not seeing Team View in your Lead Center account, make sure that Team View is enabled in your agent settings.
To check user settings, click your profile icon in the top, left corner of your account, then click Users. Select the edit icon next to the Lead Center agents who you want to see a Team View and make sure Team View is enabled for those agents.
