Placing an Active Call on Hold

 

Lead Center users in an active call will now be able to place calls on hold.

  1. When on an active call, select the Hold button at the bottom of the screen.Screen_Shot_2021-11-12_at_11.39.21_AM.png
  2. The caller is now on hold. You will not be able to hear them and they will not be able to hear you.
  3. If you navigate away from the active call, there will be a status bar to remind you that a caller is on hold.Screen_Shot_2021-11-12_at_11.39.42_AM.png
  4. When you’re ready to unhold the call, simply select the Unhold button to reconnect with the caller. Screen_Shot_2021-11-12_at_11.39.32_AM.png
