Recording a Greeting

You can record custom greetings for any of your tracking numbers by going to the number configuration page or the Call Flow Builder. Your greeting will be the first thing a caller hears when they dial a tracking number. A greeting can be designated for one number or for multiple numbers.

Getting Started

Greetings can be recorded right inside of CallRail. Multiple greetings can be saved inside of your CallRail account and you can change the greeting on any tracking number at any time.
