You can now view and reply to form submissions on the go and still have all the information you need to have a productive conversation with your leads and customers.
You can respond to form submissions that are received by your tracking numbers in Lead Center if you are using the Form Tracking plan.
This feature is available for both the Android and iOS versions of the mobile app.
Viewing and responding to a form submission
When a customer submits a form to your business, you'll see their contact name in your Incoming inbox.
- When you open the Lead Center mobile app, choose the account and company you'd like to use. If you only have one account or company, it will be the only option in the menu, but you'll have to select it.
- Click Incoming at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on the form submission to open it and tap Respond to reply.
- From here, you can either call or send the customer a text message. After one hour has passed without any activity in the conversation, the interaction will move to the Recent section of the app.
