Lead Center users in an active call will now be able to place calls on hold.
- When on an active call, select the Hold button at the bottom of the screen.
- The caller is now on hold. You will not be able to hear them and they will not be able to hear you.
- If you navigate away from the active call, there will be a status bar to remind you that a caller is on hold.
- When you’re ready to unhold the call, simply select the Unhold button to reconnect with the caller.
