Configuring Audio Input and Output Devices in Lead Center

You now have more control than ever over the audio configuration you use for Lead Center. You can choose the audio input and output devices you’d like to use and test them right from the agent status dropdown.

You can configure your audio settings from the inbox or during a call.

From the Inbox

  1. Click on the dropdown menu.

  2. Click Update next to Audio Settings.

  4. You can also test your audio configuration from this screen.

During a Call

  1. Click on the menu to the right of the microphone icon.Screen_Shot_2022-03-04_at_1.21.47_PM.png
  2. Adjust your microphone and speakers settings as needed.
