As of September 1st, all customers who wish to send any outbound text messages must be registered with The Campaign Registry. This includes replying to inbound messages or using automated text responses. Please be aware that this is not a CallRail restriction. This is an industry-wide regulation that applies to all text messages sent from businesses to individuals.
