How to Submit a Ticket

Need assistance from our Support team? We'd be happy to assist you! In this article you'll learn how to submit a ticket to the Support team and how to view your current or past tickets.

Submitting a Ticket

Follow the instructions below to submit a new ticket.

  1. Sign into the CallRail Help Center.
  2. Click the Submit a Ticket icon.

  3. Fill out the following fields.
  4. Click Submit.

Viewing Your Tickets

Follow the instructions below to view your current or past tickets.

  1. Sign into the CallRail Help Center.
  2. Click on the profile icon and choose My activities.submit_ticket_3.png
  3. Here you can see a list of all your requests. submit_ticket.png
     - My requests: this is where you'll see all the requests that you have submitted.

    - Requests I'm CC'd on: this is where you'll see all the submitted requests that you've been CC'd on.

    - Organization requests: this is where you'll see all the tickets that have been submitted by your organization.

  4. You can filter by status (Open, Awaiting your reply, and Solved), or you can use the search bar if you are looking for a particular ticket.
  5. You can also view your contributions to the CallRail Community and see a list of any posts or articles you are following by clicking on Contributions or Following.
