CallRail's Call Flow Builder increases the power and flexibility of your tracking numbers. Need to edit a call flow? You can edit any call flow from the Workflow page.
Edit a Call Flow
Admins and managers are able to edit a call flow for any company they have access to.
- Click the Settings icon on the left navigation bar.
- Choose the company where you’d like to edit a call flow.
- Click Workflow at the top of the page.
- Choose the call flow you’d like to edit and click on the pencil icon to the right.
- Edit the call flow and click Save.
