Clearing your app cache may improve your device performance, free up device storage, and fix odd app behavior.
You can use this guide to clear the app cache for the Lead Center mobile app or the CallRail mobile app.
For iPhone devices:
Uninstall and reinstall the app.
For Android devices:
- Open Settings.
- Tap Apps.
- Click on the app whose cache you want to clear.
- Click Storage.
- Click Clear app and cache data.
- Then, uninstall and reinstall the app.
