Troubleshooting Lead Center Mobile App Notifications on Samsung Devices

There are a few battery optimization settings that can prevent Lead Center push notifications from displaying on Samsung Galaxy devices. These settings are listed below along with the fix for each.

Please note: this is Samsung specific behavior.

Sleeping App Functionality

  1. Open Settings app.
  2. Tap Device care.
  3. Tap Battery.
  4. Tap App power management.
  5. Select Sleeping apps.
  6. Long Press on Lead Center App and select the Delete icon.

Adaptive Battery

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. tap Device care.
  3. Tap Battery.
  4. Tap App power management.
  5. Turn off Adaptive battery.

Battery Optimization

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Apps.
  3. Tap the three-dot menu button.
  4. Tap Special access.
  5. Tap Optimize battery usage.
  6. If the dropdown menu at the top of the screen doesn’t say “All,” tap Apps not optimized.
  7. Turn this feature off for Lead Center.
