Troubleshooting Calls in the Lead Center Mobile App

There are a few things that could cause calls to ring on the Lead Center desktop app, but not on the mobile app.

First, make sure you are logged into the mobile app and your status is set to online. Next, check your device settings:

  • iOS users: Check to verify that push notifications are enabled for the Lead Center mobile app. You can use this support article to check your notification settings.
  • iOS users: If Do Not Disturb is turned on, you will not receive calls to your Lead Center mobile app. You can use Apple’s support article to learn how to turn off Do Not Disturb on your iOS device.
  • Android users: Verify that push notifications are enabled. If notifications are not enabled, you will not receive calls to your Lead Center mobile app. You can use Google’s support article to learn how to control notifications on your Android device.

Additionally, check your call flow settings and make sure there is a call flow routing to you. If none of these work, you can clear the app cache for the mobile app.
