Managing Agents from the Users Page

If you have a Lead Center Engage or Lead Center Inform plan, you can use the instructions in this article to manage Lead Center agents. 

Any existing CallRail user can be added to Lead Center as an agent. If the person you want to add as an agent isn't a CallRail user yet, use this help article instead to create them as a Lead Center Agent.

Adding or Removing Agents

  1. Click the Account icon in the left navigation bar, then click Users underneath Account Settings.

  2. On the Users page, click on Enable Lead Center Access to the right of Create User.

  3. Find the user you want to add to Lead Center and select them by clicking on the box to the left of their name.

  4. Once you have selected the users, review your plan total, and click Finish in the bottom right hand corner of the screen to immediately update the selected Agents.
