Voicemail Reporting
If a call goes to voicemail on the destination line as opposed to a voicemail in a call flow step, does this call get marked as a voicemail call in CallRail reporting?

Good morning Aaron,
Our system will attempt to detect a voicemail on your destination line and mark it as such in the call log. While the system is very accurate, it's not 100%. Your best bet for ensuring all voicemails appear in your report would be to set up a voicemail step in a call flow.
