API create tracker method is failing? Internal Server Error

We've been unable to use the Callrail API with our application to create trackers since 5/02.  Opened a support ticket and rep confirmed that there is a known issue but didn't provide any timetable for resolution or further details on what the issue is.

Are others experiencing the same problem?
