Can I set up an automated text in CallRail to respond when someone messages a specific number?

    Hey Angelica,

    We do not offer a way to automate text replies. The only texting automation we offer is automated responses for missed calls.

  • I'd like to see this feature as well. It would be helpful inlight of 10DLC laws so we can get consent upfront in the text thread without agents having to remember and send a templated consent text

  • Thank you for your input Liz. This is a great idea and one that I see as having a great use case. I'll pass it on to our Product Development Team. Other members, please chime in as product requests have to be prioritized by how often they are asked for. What are your thoughts? Would it be beneficial to have a first-time text message already included with an opt-in/opt-out message to help the process around new regulations?
