Automated voice prompts
I was going through the automated response for my client and realized that it sounded very robotic and unnatural. My idea came from using a real human voice to make more of a natural impression as it forwards to the client going forward. My mother has been in radio and has a very professional radio voice. If there was a way I could meet with the team or teams who handle this area within call rail, I would look forward to entertaining a conversation regarding prerecording her voice to make a better customer impression and customer experience going forward. Do you mind giving me a little more detail on this? Are you referencing the recordings for call flows? If so, we do offer the option to upload your own recording in several steps of our call flow builder. Here's an article with more information about this: Recording a greeting.

Thanks for letting me know that there is an option to add and record our own voice prompt. The specifics to what I was speaking to in the first comment was an idea that I had to connect with call rail to see if their was an opportunity to connect my mother who has been in radio on air and in the industry for 30+ years, and has sample recordings to share that would be able to hear the quality. I was thinking if there was a way to have her voice be prerecorded to use on the automated call rail system prompter it would bring more value to all of the call rail clients. Would love to set up a meeting to share more and collaborate.
