New or Existing Customer

    You're not alone! "Existing Customer", "Existing Patient" and other variations on that idea are the most commonly used custom tag across all of our users.

    "Wrong Number" is also a common one, and we have seen good results with automatically detecting those as well.

  • I have created a tag called "existing customer" so this would be very useful to me.
