You're not alone! "Existing Customer", "Existing Patient" and other variations on that idea are the most commonly used custom tag across all of our users.
"Wrong Number" is also a common one, and we have seen good results with automatically detecting those as well.
I have created a tag called "existing customer" so this would be very useful to me.
