Opt in needed for inbound messages?
I have a question about the rule to include STOP, Unsubscribe, Etc...I do not send text message solicitations. I only use call rail to correspond with prospects and clients who text me first. I do not send campaigns. I use call rail to converse with incoming calls/texts. Do I still need to include the opt out info? There is nothing to opt out of, hence why I am asking.
