Can't Transfer Calls to Any Agent in Lead Center

Our receptionist is unable to transfer any calls to our agents. Once she clicks transfer, it goes straight to that person's voicemail. Everything is updated, and double checked but we still can't get it figured out. Support has been unhelpful also.
