What if the source is the website itself?

Hi All, 

So, in my form tracking I see sources coming in as 'google organic' 'yelp organic' some 'facebook ads' etc. I also see 'direct' sources. But, I'm seeing some form submission sources being the website itself. Like, the domain name. 

Why might this be the case?
