Google Ads Conversion data not working

Hello, I have Call Rail connected to our Google ads account, but conversion data is not showing up. I see the following in my conversions tab:


When I click on "Needs attention," it shows:

 

What should we do to fix it so that calls are imported to Google ads as conversions? We've had 9 calls to CallRail from Google ads and 0 conversions are showing.

    Hi all! It's possible that the clicks are over 90 days old (or whatever your max conversion age is set to); however, if this still seems to be unexpected behavior, I recommend reaching out to our support team to ensure everything is set up correctly.

  • It's the same with us. And it's been more than 3 months now. Google ads costs per conversion have inflated in the reports, and the bid strategies have stopped working efficiently,

  • Guys, just switch to a new tool, I have been chasing CallRail support and Google Ads support for over 2 months for this issue and their support just keeps escalating and re assigning the tickets internally. Our agency is switching to whatconverts
