Accessing Old Transcripts

Are we still able to access transcripts and recordings already done for past calls if we discontinue Conversion Intelligence for future calls?

    Hello Emily. This is a great question!

    Call transcriptions from past calls are not removed when conversation intelligence is. After removing conversation intelligence, calls will no longer be transcribed, but any call transcriptions in the past will remain on the account.
