no calls from google ads since we unplugged old numbers pool

We already asked callrail and they didn't know. 

We use callrail combined with our google ads accounts. Thete was a pool numbers linekd to previous google ads campaign ( from 2 years ago) and they were not used by the new agency in the new campaign. But still our majority of calls were linked to those numbers. 

We used a call extension and the method callrail offered us to track keywords with a single number and disabled the old numbers. Since then, we do have any calls 

traffic is there but no more calls. it is very strange and we are trying to figure it out

    Just to make sure I understand your question, are you saying you are no longer seeing conversions in your Google Ads account? 

    And is this for both of your website pools and the 2 extension numbers you have set up in CallRail? Also, are you using the Mobile Click to Call integration or the Google Call Details Forwarding integration to track those 2 extension numbers?

  • there is no conversions anymore since we made the change. and it is for all of our numbers 

    that's why it is very confusing

  • I am seeing the numbers are swapping according to the number assignments page in your account, so that doesn't appear to be the problem.

    You can place a test call to one of the pool numbers to make sure they are routing correctly to your destination number. If they are routing correctly, then the issue could be that people are just not calling. 

    As for your extension numbers, what integration are you using to track those? The Mobile Click to Call integration or the Google Call Details Forwarding integration?
