Little green "thumbs up" icon on Leads page

Does the green thumbs up icon mean it's a qualified lead or something else

    Good morning!

Yes, the green thumbs up means that lead has been qualified at some point by a user on your account.

  • Hi

If a person calls one day and is a qualified lead, then rings in a couple of days to check on something else like an appointment time, is there a way to indicate that the second call is not a genuine lead?

I am keen to only document the phone calls that are a lead, rather than the person itself.

  • Hey Russell,

Great question! The green thumb qualification applies to the lead itself. Once the lead is qualified, each interaction after that will show as qualified because the lead is qualified. However, tags can be utilized to label specific interactions. These tags will not follow the lead in every interaction like the qualified status does.

  • Thanks Robin. It is an interesting one, because if someone is a client over a lifetime, the status of their phone calls will change.

Some are genuine leads about eg if they are calling about a different problem and some are not. Is there any way of disabling the thumbs up / thumbs down column.

  • Hey Russell,

The qualified status can be manually changed, and this does affect the lead as a whole rather than just that interaction. While this feature cannot be disabled, you can edit your columns on the activity page to exclude the qualified status.
