Issues with testing javascript

Has anyone else had any issues using the testing feature on the javascript integration page?  We've got a lof of different companies set up and I've never had any issues before, but in the last couple of weeks, I can't get any of our installations to pass the call rail test.  We contacted support and they confirmed the numbers are swapping correctly, but it's concerning that we can't pass the test.

    Hey Deidre,

    This is a great question. The in-app javascript testing tool sometimes provides false negatives. This could be due to how the source is set up to swap with your tracking numbers and the URL being placed in the tool. Either way, we suggest manually testing by going to the site in an incognito window. I definitely understand seeing it fail the in-app test can be concerning, but if support has confirmed for you your numbers are swapping, you should be good to go!
