Salesforce Integration: Creating different Lead Record Types

Hi there,

 

I haven't found this in any documentation but it is possible for the CR integration with Salesforce to create different Lead Record Types based on Company set in Call Rail? We have two different business segments that service phone calls and thus manage two different types of leads in Salesforce.

    Hey Tyler!

    You should be able to accomplish this by setting up custom field mapping. You'll want to ensure the field type is mapped as the default in each company. This will allow you to create custom lead fields where you can choose different lead types.
