Improving text functionality
I would love for my clients customers to be able to text photos using the call tracking number. This would allow us and our clients to receive pictures related to the jobs they are working on. It would also allow us to see how successful their business is.

Images can be sent to and from tracking numbers by using Lead Center. Here's an article that goes into more detail about this: MMS in Lead Center.

I looked at the information regarding Lead Center and texting. It just isn't user friendly for our clients who are wanting pictures from their customers while out on a job site. This is a little clunky. Also, for a small business this could be cost prohibitive. It would be great if receiving a picture text could be received on a cell phone without having to log in somewhere else to view it.

Other customers who are in similar fields as you utilize the Lead Center mobile app on their phones to receive pictures while away from the office. Once they download the app and set up notifications, they'll get notified right away when new texts come in and can view the pictures directly on their phone.
Unfortunately, without Lead Center, our tracking numbers cannot receive MMS.
