CallRail to CRM

I am running into an error message of "registrant not found" when trying to add a history item in our CRM Lasso as "outbound call completed". The registrant is matched in the system using the phone number since this provides the most consistency, however, an error message continues as "registrant not found". 

 

I believe the match is not occurring because Callrail places a 1 in front of the phone number, but our CRM Lasso does not. Any ideas on how I can help the systems match? Or tell Zapier not to use the 1?

    Hey Jenna,

    We suggest trying to passing along formatted_customer_phone_number vs customer_phone_number because the formatted version does not include the +1.

  • This was not successful either. 

    I am getting an error message: 

    Failed to create a history in LassoCRM

    The app returned "404".

    The 404 would be a resource that does not exist when Zapier is attempting to pass the data to your CRM app. You may need to reach out to your LASSOcrm support on this and see what they need when receiving the data.
