Custom Columns Feature

It would be nice to have the ability to create custom columns in the Activity screen so that we can capture all the data that is important to us, in one place. For instance I would like a column labeled "Service Contract Received" and one for "CSR" where we can add the name of the csr who took the call, and many more as well.

    Hello,

    While we don't offer the ability to add new, custom columns, I would suggest using tags to accomplish this. Tags can be created for "Service Contract Received" and the name of your CSRs, so these calls can be tagged in activity and viewed in the log. You can also use automation rules to automate some of this process for you.
