Action Plan

Throughout the rest of the year, our Premium Conversation Intelligence customers will gain access to several early Alpha and Beta-level features we are testing. These features will rotate out every 3-4 weeks, and you will notice these features when viewing the call recording player on the Activity page.

We want to hear from you about the value these early-access features could bring to your business, what you want to see more of, and how you are utilizing these features. 

Action plan, similar to call summaries, relies on the transcript for a recorded call 30 seconds or greater and showcases up to 5 next best steps based on the items discussed during the conversation.
