Call Links in Email Notifications
How long are the links to listen to recorded calls in email notifications good for? If I close my account, will the link still work?

Hey Emily,
Account data can only be accessed if the account is active. This includes call recording links in email notifications. Once the account is closed, clicking that link will either take you to the CallRail login page or the account disabled page if the user is already logged in. We recommend exporting account data before closing your account. Reopening the account within 13 months of account closure will also allow you to access this data once again.
