Is it possible to create a WhatsApp phone number in CallRail that then forward to my call center? Or do I need to set up a cell phone at the call center and set it up in WhatsApp?
I'm sure this is a dumb question but I'm not finding any clear answers online. Thx!

Thank you for clarifying! This is not something we've tested before, but we don't see why it wouldn't work. I would suggest giving it a try and letting me know if it works or not here. You're also welcome to submit a ticket to our support team to assist you with testing this.

Thanks Robin. We're in the process of making changes to our website that include addition of a WhatsApp number. I'll assign a CallRail number as the WA number, forward to our call center team and test it.
