Wave Form No Longer Available For Older Phone Call Recordings


I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this issue.

On multiple accounts, we are no longer able to see the waveform for phone call recordings past a certain date. I.e. for one account, it seems we're unable to access waveform on phone call recordings that came in before 08/01. (today is 08/16)

Not having the waveform doubles the amount of time it takes to screen phone call recordings as we're no longer able to visually see where conversation begins and ends.

    Our product team is currently investigating this as other customers have reported the same thing. As soon as I have an update from them, I will let you know here.
