I can delete a user but not edit the profile.

We are configuring CallRail to transition from another system. I am the Administrator. I noticed one of my user's profile had an incorrect chat display label. When I click on the edit pencil for that user record, the subsequent screen shows the profile information, but none of the fields are editable. 

I chatted with customer support and was told the user would have to login and make the change. So now I'm dependent upon the user, who has yet to be trained on the system, to do the update. I can delete a user record, but not edit it? Am I missing something here?

    Hello Robert. You are not missing anything. It is true that only the user themself can edit their profile. If an administrator wishes to do it, they must log in with the user's credentials or they must delete and recreate the user entirely. We are happy to walk the user through the process if needed so please have them contact us directly to do so if or when needed.
