Issue with Extracting GCLID Info from CallRail into Monday.com

I’m currently facing an issue with extracting Google Click Identifier (GCLID) information from CallRail into Monday.com using integration platforms like Make or Zapier.
Here’s how the process works: Every time I receive a call in CallRail, it triggers an event that sends a webhook to extract various information about the call, such as the caller number and GCLID (if available).
However, I’ve encountered a problem where the webhook is unable to fetch the GCLID information from CallRail, even when the call has a GCLID. This issue persists despite the fact that other information, like the caller number, is being extracted successfully.
I’m reaching out to the community to see if anyone else has experienced this issue and if there are any potential solutions or workarounds. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Nehoray. I understand that you are having trouble pulling Gclids using Zapier and Webhooks. CallRail does integrate in a way to pass Gclid information. Since it is not working for you, we will need to look at the setup on an individual basis. I've noticed that you already have a ticket open with us so somebody from our Tier 2 Support Team will be reaching out soon to get this resolved.
