Default value for hidden fields

Is it possible to create a custom form with predefined hidden inputs with default values?

    Hi Todd,

    Thank you for reaching out through the CallRail Community! Unfortunately, at this time, CallRail's custom forms do not support predefined hidden inputs with default values. However, if you use an external form provider that supports that feature, we would be able to pick up the default values for the predefined hidden inputs for each form submission and bring that data into CallRail. You can find the instructions to set up external form tracking in this support article. 

    I will also submit this as a feature request to our Product team for review. If any updates are made, I will let you know here. We are always interested in hearing your new feature requests so that we can continue to provide you with incredible products!
