I sometimes receive very short calls (10 to 25 sec)

When I call the person back, they often tell me they never called me and have no idea what i'm talking about...

Any idea what that is about and why it happens?

Also, how do I prevent or minimize this from happening?

    Hello Stephane and thanks for joining the CallRail Community. Without looking at your account specifically, it's hard to say for sure so please open a Support ticket. Click Contact Us toward the upper right portion of the Community screen and then give us a call, open a chat, or submit a web ticket. We'll be able to review 3 or more call examples to find a common thread. This may be related to spoofing, which is a caller falsifying their caller ID. We'll know after we review those call examples.
