Jobber is a leading field and project services management platform that many CallRail customers in the home services industry use in their daily operations. CallRail now has an integration with Jobber! You can activate it here.

    Hey Matt,

    Thank you for letting us know about your issue with duplicate requests in Jobber. Our team is currently working to resolve it, and I will let you know here when it is fixed. 

    As for editing customer details, only Notes can be edited at this time.

  • This is awesome!  2 comments in regards to this integration.  We found that we were unable to edit customer details and creating duplicate requests.  Then we are unable to merge them either.  Can this be fixed?  Unfortunately we had to disconnect the integration
