Self-Reported Attribution in AI Call Summaries
The AI Call Summaries feature has been absolutely essential to me as it lets me speed through all our calls each week when I do my audit. We get a few thousand calls a month, and I have to go through all of them to make sure our answering center and intake team are receiving leads properly, but also to take metrics on where people are finding us.
I noticed a self-reported attribution feature is currently in alpha, and it allows you to go to a separate page to view all the calls where a caller mentioned how they heard of the firm or found our number (online ad, radio ad, online search, third party website, friend recommendation, etc). It would be awesome if this attribution was mentioned somewhere in each call's AI summary in the call log if the AI determined that it was mentioned - "Caller heard about the firm on the radio," etc.
As it currently stands, the self-reported attribution page isn't super helpful for me since I audit calls by downloading a spreadsheet to keep track on the side, and since the page only includes calls that are 90 seconds or longer and doesn't have an export option, it doesn't really line up with my exports from the call log. Which is fine, I just have to spend a little longer going through each call transcript to find the referral source. :)

Hello Kelsi and thanks for joining the CallRail Community. I'm glad that you've been utilizing call summaries with Premium Conversation Intelligence and have been finding them so beneficial. It truly does save a ton of time. Self-Reported Attribution is a more recent addition to the ever-growing list of features we plan to add to our AI repertoire.
I agree that it would be great to show Self-Reported Attribution and Call Summaries when you export your call logs. I'll put this in as a product request to our Product Development Team. Hopefully, we'll see this in a future update. Thanks again for your post!
