Coming soon: New number wizard for adding tracking numbers!
We're simplifying the experience with fewer required clicks and decisions. You'll get smart suggestions to make the process more efficient. Plus, add numbers from anywhere with the wizard optimized for desktop and mobile.
Self-reported attribution is now available on the Call Log.
If you have Premium Conversation Intelligence, simply click the "Edit Columns" button at the top of the Call Log and select Reported Attribution to start seeing your customers' self-reported attribution right alongside their marketing source attribution.
CallRail Labs next experiment announced: Score a Lead
Releasing soon, the Score a Lead alpha feature will not only tell you the likelihood a caller will convert, but also include an explanation. If you have Premium Conversation Intelligence, look out for this feature on the Alphas tab, by clicking into any interaction on your timeline.

Highly Anticipated enhancements to our HubSpot Integration
- Two-way data is now live! When we match a HubSpot contact that has an email address, we’ll add that email to the lead’s data in CallRail.
- More accurate Original Source matching will be added to the integration this month. We’ll map our determined source to the best-fit Original Source value in HubSpot!
- More data will be sent to HubSpot - you'll get tags, qualified score, value, destination number for the call, and most recent call sentiment (with Premium Conversation Intelligence)
